Cozy up at Little Farm at the foothills of the Appalachians. Perfect for couples, our private walkout basement has a separate driveway and entrance, king size bed and full bath. Comfy reclining loveseat and sofa, 70” HD smart TV with sound bar with Netflix and Amazon Prime, WIFI, refrigerator, microwave, coffee bar with Keurig Coffee Maker, and bistro table. Outside enjoy the Little Farm views of our flock under our gorgeous 40 year old Magnolia complete with fire pit and glider. Conveniently located minutes from Downtown Canton attractions, 15 minutes to Downtown Woodstock, and 575 only a short trip to Elijay and Blue Ridge Mountains. Guest have full access to basement and outdoor area beside basement. There is no access through fence into the backyard or into upstairs of home. We like to give guests their privacy. Should you need anything we will only be a quick text or call away. While our home feels in the country it’s within a mile from the interstate (575) and quick access to attractions. The car is the best way to get around here although you can bike to nearby Downtown Canton area. We don’t have a full kitchen but a coffee bar, microwave and fridge. Guests please leave garbage bagged upon departure by the door. Our home is on a 2 acre lot so please respect the serenity of the surrounding nature.

Summary: A lovely private retreat! Super clean and inviting. We appreciated the little touches and enjoyed the popcorn left for us while watching Netflix on the big screen. A great place to stay while visiting Gibbs Gardens. So happy you welcomed our dogs!

Summary: We had a great stay at the little farm! The property is just as described and the host is very attentive and able to solve any questions you may have. Feeding the chickens is one of the highlights most mentioned but for me being that close to the interstate and yet giving you that woodsy feel was the best!

Summary: This VRBO was in a great location, with good amenities, and clean bed and towels. Unfortunately, there was quite a bit of bugs we had to deal with, one being in our provided mug. Our final night, even though they had it posted on the wall for guests and themselves to observe quiet hours after 11pm, they were extremely loud upstairs till after midnight and we didn't get much sleep because of it. The VRBO is the hosts basement and it sounded like constant running/stomping back and forth and slamming of doors for over an hour and half. Had that not been an issue, we would have rated it a better stay, but because we are a 3 hour difference, sleep was of huge importance and that final night was awful.

Summary: This property was exactly as advertised. We absolutely loved our stay. This was so much better than a Motel room. It is spacious, clean, quiet, private and conveniently located. Five stars for everything !!! I would recommend this property to anyone and if I ever make it back to the Canton area I will try very hard to book this property.

Summary: Our stay here was perfect for us. We were in Canton for granddaughter’s 3rd birthday and needed a retreat. Here at Little Farm we felt very comfortable, unlike a hotel room. Rhianna took extra special care of everything you could need. We had plenty of coffee, creamer, and bottled water. There is no kitchen per say, but most hotel rooms set up is the same. There is a dorm size fridge, a microwave, and coffee pot, what more do you need? The room set up was very comfortable and relaxing. We spent plenty of time relaxing on the couch and loveseat (a cozy blanket was on the couch also). We don’t watch TV (internet worked great) and enjoyed the quiet. Yes, in the apartment you cannot hear the expressway 575 at all. Outside, yes you will know it is in the distance. The bathroom is huge and we had everything we needed. We visited in cooler weather, so if you are here in cooler weather don’t forget your slippers, the floor is tile. The bed was comfortable and covers were amazing with lots of pillows, very cozy. We would recommend the Little Farm and hope to return again.
