This spacious 2 bedroom open plan and unique ground floor in a double storey house comes with ocean views, relaxing garden, and large lounge/dining areas for guests to enjoy. It is a luxury getaway for up to 3 adults to relax and unwind.
Only 8 minutes drive to Maroubra beach, Mahon rock pool, coastal walks to Bondi Beach and beautiful cafes.
The space
The space downstairs for guests has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a single bed. One Bathroom with a shower.
There is a kitchenette with basic kitchen facilities like microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, etc. There are no cooking facilities.
There are large living and dining areas with spacious beautiful outdoor areas with ocean views for guests to enjoy.

Guests have exclusive access to large stylish lounge and dining high ceiling areas. The garden settings are for guests to enjoy and unwind. The hallway and entry is shared.

Summary: My husband and I had the whole downstairs (which included the 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and a living room) and backyard to ourselves. All amenities were included and we were so welcomed by the host on arrival then absolute privacy. The house is so comfortable, clean and just stunning views and atmosphere all around. I walked to the near by cafe and beaches and didnt want to leave. What a great suburb and a great place to stay to enjoy Little Bay and La Perouse. Walking to one beach in the morning and then the other in the afternoon felt like an island paradise. This is resort living at it's best in Sydney. We will definitely be back again. Thank you for having us. Great value for money and above all, cleanliness and facilties were exceptional.
