Summary: We love staying here. Everything is clean and lovely. My only disappointment is the service in the Coffee Shop. Don’t go there if you’re in a hurry! It’s ridiculously slow.

Summary: We were very disappointed. It was 90 degrees in Salt Lake City and the A/C in our room did not work. We told the staff and they just said “yeah sometimes it doesn’t work “. No attempt at giving us a room with A/C. The shower was Luke warm and overall we would not stay there again.
