4 Bedroom House in Dunbar

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The four bedrooms contain 5 beds ranging from King size to a double. They combine to sleep 10 people and a living room couch unfolds to sleep one more. Downstairs contains a pool table, foosball table and a treadmill. The Master Bathroom has a jacuzzi. Electric vehicle owners can charge at the Tesla Wall Connector at the rear of the driveway. I will not forward pictures or videos to you. Use the Vrbo website.
Guest access
I have provided locking door knobs on all bedrooms and have left a key inserted in each lock so that each bedroom can be your own personal living space. You may access the entire house with the exception of the garage and the attic.
Piano
A Grand Piano is in the living room for your use! There is sheet music and "How to play the piano" books there as well.
I lived there while I completely refinishing the inside. I left my desktop computer in the "Computer Bedroom'. You may use the bedroom but my computer is off limits. It is password protected anyways.
This is a LARGE house. There is plenty of room for all your stuff.
There are two large decks attached at the back. The upper deck has a gas barbeque grill for your use! All smoking must be done outside. Ashtrays are provided for your use. Please don't litter the yard!
Parking
Four cars can park in the driveway. There is also a gravel parking pad out front next to the street. If you need more spaces than these then you will have to find a spot to 'fit in' along the public street. You cannot block someone's driveway but you also cannot park directly across from another parked vehicle. There must be enough room for a firetruck to pass between.
Trash
Place all trash in the provided trash bags and when full, take full bags outside and place them into the large black trash bins located at the rear of the driveway. Do NOT throw loose trash into these bins. Our local garbage staff will only remove the bags, not loose trash.

Summary: The house is very nice, comfortable and located in a quiet neighborhood. Dan, the host, had provided everything we needed and more. The back deck was perfect for our morning coffee and evening wine. The kitchen cabinets are labeled which made finding everything easy. The light switches are labeled as well. We were surprised, however, to find that there is no bedroom on the main floor, so climbing stairs is required, but the stairs are carpeted and manageable. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend the Pine Circle house.

Summary: Dan was a wonderful host and incredibly responsive throughout our stay. Communication was quick, clear, and helpful from the time we booked until checkout, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. The home itself was beautiful, very clean, and clearly well cared for. You can tell a lot of attention goes into maintaining the property. The space was comfortable, welcoming, and had everything we needed during our stay.The home was conveniently close to several shopping centers, restaurants, and other essentials, which made getting around very easy. Whether we needed groceries, wanted to grab food, or just explore the area a bit, everything was nearby. Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend staying with Dan if you’re looking for a comfortable, well-maintained place with a great host.

Summary: Very well appointed and spacious home. Host was extremely understanding and helpful given my situation (father had just passed away the day before I set booking and in my haste to get accommodations, I selected incorrect number of days). Upon checkout, he notified me of a left behind item and was very helpful and understanding. I highly recommend this stay to anyone going to the general Charleston area!

Summary: It was very convenient to Shawnee sports complex which is what we wanted ! It was super clean! Had more than enough space for the 4 families that all stayed in the same house. Dan was wonderful and we appreciate him!!

Summary: Clean, family friendly, location was great for our tournament at the Shawnee Sports Complex in Dunbar. There’s a pool table and fooseball table downstairs for kids or adult entertainment, two levels of deck to lounge on, plenty of parking although the garage was unusable (locked). The home was built in the early 2000’s so it could use some tlc but nothing that negatively affected our stay. Had all of the necessary amenities, host was easy to contact, check in/out was easy. Home was clean.
