Positive: Vinny was so welcoming and helpful, he gave us great tips on where to go and what to do. The location was really good, being less than a 10 minute walk to the centre, and also closer to heading out to Salthill. The breakfasts in the morning were delicious!

Positive: Rooms were clean and well kept, and it was a 10 minute stroll to the centre of town or a 5 minute stroll to the seafront. Breakfast was a very good continental breakfast, and there was everything we needed.

Negative: Quality of breakfast was poor - no fresh bread; instant coffee; tasteless cold cuts and cheese; cold pancakes - everything seemed to be done to save time and limit work. Stayed 2 nights - no house keeping whatsoever. Room was not particularly clean and carpet needed a good wash.

Positive: Location is ideal, walking distance to Salthill and the City centre. The room was spotless, bed was so comfortable. Has everything you need. Continental breakfast was perfect. We were full for the day after it. The host was very friendly, very helpful and full of information about things to see and do. Home was absolutely gorgeous and in a quiet area. We had a warm welcome every morning. Will definitely stay again!
