Positive: Location is really great, close to airport, close to metro station, close to stores and restaurants, close to parking and petrol station.
Negative: it was very difficult and stresfull because when you are in travel you dont read emails all the time, so in the day of coming to Lisbon I read email that if i will not sedn additonal money on privat accout as deposit. It was very stresfull. and there are noo need for that. Before renting read opinions on google
Summary: Great location but Very problematic stay because of strage home rules, normal flat, nothing special.

Negative: There was no hot water, it requires a €300 deposit for damages and you have to take your trash out… it is a Airbnb, not a hotel.

Positive: Spacious apartment. Near to the metro station. Best choice outside of the city center.
Negative: we were missing the personal contact but everything was perfectly organized.

Positive: The detailed instructions that were sent ahead of our visit were very helpful. The rooms were spacious and the building was quiet. The living room was nice and large with a nice couch. Everything was very clean and enjoyable. It was really close to access public transportation which was really helpful! We stopped at the cafe by the front door and enjoyed a delicious crescent and espresso! Very nice to have a cafe right by the front door.
Negative: There were no hand towels or even paper towels. The shower in the master bedroom was slow to drain so by the end of the shower you are standing in water. Not sure if that is intentional since it is in a high-rise apartment building or if there was an issue. The door to the master bedroom is really squeaky/loud when the handle is turned. The lights above the mirrors in the bathroom did not work.
Summary: We had an enjoyable stay!
