Positive: The facilities of the wellness centre were incredible as well as the pools outside. The rooms were comfortable to stay in, though very hot throughout the day due to no fan/air conditioner, though this was communicated to us.

Negative: It was a little disappointing on arrival, as we were not offered help with our bags in comparison to other people arriving at the same time who received a service. We also had to ask several times for service at breakfast, though others received service very quickly.
