Summary: The room was pleasant and comfortable and my needs met. Initial issues with check-in but sorted. Access to property not the easiest but on site-parking possible. Convenient location for my needs.

Summary: The driveway is very awkward. Slippery even in dry conditions . Uneven surface was a bit of a worry too. We still enjoyed our stay at the property and were very comfortable.

Summary: Room and facilities were just what we needed for a couple of nights. The area is quite hilly and not near shops, there is some road noise and the driveway is quite steep and narrow, alternative parking in side street. Gardens are lovely. Bus stops adjacent to entrance.
