Positive: If you are looking for the an amazing view of nature and in nature then this is the place to be! Mr. Glen and Rena and staff were exceptional in their service. Our chalets were newly renovated so they looked amazing! The food was also great!

Negative: It was a 45 min drive to the next city for restaurants, supermarkets, shopping and tourism. Access to the mountain requires climbing a very steep hill, so if you have any disabilities this is not the place for you. At the time that we were there, there was not a large variety of breakfast and dinner. However, the food that was served tasted amazing! I am not a fan of bugs and geckos. You will find plenty of these during your stay here. Other than that, plan accordingly and you will not be disappointed.

Positive: Absolutely fabulous place to stay. The views are incredible. The owners are lovely and great to talk to. The bungalows are great, very clean all with an amazing view. My favourite place to stay in Bali.

Positive: Lovely peaceful retreat with a great mounain view. A good location with a scooter: pretty fast to reach the sea in the north, and great to explore the beautiful mountainous surroundings. Lovely and warm owners and staff that made me feel like I was part of the family.

Negative: The village temple plays hindu prayers through their speakers in the early mornings, but I appreciate that they are sharing their blessings.

Positive: The hotel is built into the forest on a beautiful hill which is very peaceful. The rooms are large and very bright. The shower has plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The food was pretty good. The room was clean.

Negative: You will need to rent a scooter or car to get around. Which isn't a problem. Could do with better breakfast options. You will need to bring your own coffee and tea for the room.

Negative: They did not have water in the room! The property is so steep it is difficult to walk up. There are security cameras everywhere that beep when you move even in the dining room.
