Positive: - Very easy and straightforward communication with the host - he was always very reliable, gave us a lot of practical information and recommendations even before we checked in and always answered our questions quickly and in a helpful way. - The apartment was very clean upon arrival. - We had everything we needed: A spacious living room with a balcony, comfy couch, big tv. Air conditioner in the bedroom. Good mattress (no back pain during our stay). There was coffee in the kitchen, as well as a few kitchen essentials, a pot, a pan and some cooking utensils. - Really good area with various parks and green spaces, shops, restaurants, cafes etc. within walking distance. 15-20 minutes walking distance to the city centre (there are also some tram/bus stops nearby). Copou is a pretty green, quiet and safe area, generally speaking.

Negative: We don't have any complaints / negative things to say about the apartment but maybe a few things to keep in mind for future guests, especially in terms of accessibility: - The apartment is on the third floor without an elevator. - There is currently a bathtub with a shower in the bathroom (not a walk-in shower). It was fine for us but it might be slightly tricky to use if you are shorter or have mobility issues.
