Positive: spacious corner room, MOST staff were really helpful. Rooms mostly clean.

Negative: Outdated. Urine wasn't cleaned off front of toilet. North side of building blinds are not sufficient to block light...need drapes installed on those North windows.

Positive: The location was great. About 10 blocks from my hest-friend who l had come to help out I was pleasantly surprised that they offered free laundry facilities. I expected some humidity but as my friend and l were working outside in the extreme heat & humidity (l'm from AZ) it was so nice to be able to wash my wet clothes. I forgot about breakfast until the last few days, but from what l saw it was nice. BFront desk personnel were extremely friendly and always accommodating.

Summary: My stay was better than expected & l would consider staying here again when l come back to Lincoln
