Positive: Easy check in. Nice place. Sufficiently equipped kitchen (I didn't do any real cooking, though). Quiet location. Close to public transport - which you may not need at all because the center, EU quarters at Kirchberg, ... and everything else you may need is in walking distance. Reasonable price, for Luxembourg.
Negative: Everything was perfect.

Positive: Well equipped and maintained. Very clean. Quiet street, quiet building. Great location near theater, restaurants, bars and public transit.
Negative: Watch out for the step down from the little bedroom. Easy to forget it's there when you climb out of bed to use the bathroom in the middle of the night.

Positive: The space has a lot of potential, although we had to ask for extra towels (hand towels). The place was well enough equipped for us whom visited family and only needed the place to sleep.

Positive: The studio flat was exactly as described. It was clean, and an easily walkable distance from the main city centre (around a 15 min flat walk). There was also a free tram 5 mins walk from the flat. Check in was extremely easy with us being given the details 24hrs before arrival.
Negative: Everything was great, although if I needed to be picky, it would have been good if the TV was ready for use, just for when getting ready to go out etc. There was a perfectly good TV, but it wasn't wired up.
Summary: Excellent studio flat. Clean with a good location.
