Summary: We came out with a group of 6 guys for our annual ski trip. The house was awesome with 5 king beds. Everything is brand new and built with luxury in mind. So much room for everyone. Only 5 minutes to Deer Valley lift. We used uber to go to nice dinners in Park City. Would certainly book again.

Summary: This house is great. New home with 5 large bedrooms all with King beds. Great room in teh basement and a hot tub with electric roof cover. The entire experience was great. iTrip does an awesome job. Not a single complaint. If you want a house near multiple ski areas that is large and well appointed, this is it.

Summary: My closest friends and family traveled from across the country to celebrate my birthday in Deer Valley this past weekend. We had an amazing experience with iTrip. The home we rented was spectacular- beautiful views, nicely furnished, clean, well stocked, plenty of parking and storage space. The high end appliances and large dining area made it easy to host our dinners at home. The 5 king suites allowed each couple to have plenty of privacy.Communication leading up to our stay was seamless- each email was responded to within an hour and all of our requests were met. We are already planning our 2026 stay at this property!

Summary: we had a lovely stay at this property. the reason i did not give a 5 star review was for cleanliness. the home needs a solid deep clean. there was hair in the bathrooms, lost of debris and dust in the floors. lots of dead bugs on the stairs and all over the floors in the basement. i tried to report and ask for assistance three times before i got an answer back. that said, there is a central vac which we discovered and cleaned up and had a great stay. it accommodated our group of 9 beautifully. comfortable sleeping and gathering spaces. beautiful kitchen. everything as great, just wasn't very clean. thank you!!!!

Summary: We had a great time. The AC was broken- we spoke with the hosts so they sent maintenance who was unable to fix it, but it didn’t seem like something that happens often. We got a bit of a refund to remedy the situation

Summary: We had a group of 14 that stayed here and this place fit us easily. It is new, beautiful, spacious townhome with breathtaking views of Jordanelle reservoir. It is a perfect location for any time of year with the reservoir for summer activities and the Park City slopes nearby for winter activities. We would absolutely recommend and stay here again!
