Negative: Overpriced for a room under the roof with windows near the ceiling - therefore no view and no air since they must be kept close to avoid the noise of the traffic. Absent microwave was another unexpected problem. No parquet floor and no high ceiling was a disappointment in Vienna.

Positive: Cozy, clean, well-equipped. Easy self check-in/check-out. Clear instructions. Large bed in the bedroom. Two bathrooms. If you come by car, I recommend using "Tiefgarage Rossau - Wien | APCOA" parking, which is 8 minutes (600 m) walk, cost is 14 Eur (August 2025) per day if you use their app.

Negative: Only 2 bar stools in the kitchen and only one hanger in the closet. Closest metro station across the street is closed until 01.09.2025, the next one available is 10 minutes (800 m) walk.

Positive: Nice apartment just 25 min to walk from Stephansplatz. Subway station nearby, but we haven’t used it as it was easy to walk around the city. Quite modern and comfortable. Very good bed in the bedroom (neither hard nor too soft, good pillows), couch in the living room was softer than we like. Has everything you need: equipped kitchen with microwave, stove, dishwashing machine, plates, glasses, pans, kettle and coffee machine. In the basement there are 2 washing and 2 drying machines fully accessible 24/7. The host is friendly and supportive. Fully recommend.

Negative: It was not a problem for us but take into account, that the bathroom access is only from the bedroom.

Negative: Check in time was a little late (3pm). Its their usual time but late for a traveller like me. The AC was broken or I couldnt figure out how to use it. The place was not freezing but definitely not warm

Positive: The property was fantastic. It was literally across the road from the metro station on the U4 line so getting to and from the airport was so easy. It was easily within walking distance of all the main sights and close to shops and restaurants too. The property itself is a lovely old building that’s totally modern inside. The bed was super comfy and the whole place was so spacious and clean. It had everything I could have needed. There’s even a roof terrace! The self checking was great and meant I could arrive in my own time.

Negative: Nothing, it was fantastic!
