Positive: The property was quite good with modern amenities and everything working properly. They had provided a reasonably well stocked kitchen with a water heater, toaster and coffee maker - and all this was quite handy. The bathroom was neat and clean with a good functioning radiator for drying some clothes as needed.

Negative: There were three inconvenience in my opinion: there was no laundromat nearby or in the building (it would be great if LimeHome could set up a laundromat in the building), the place was a little far from Munich city centre and a good 15-20 mins from the nearest U-Bahn, and the room was a tad bit too small.
