Negative: There was a confusion of the payments in the arrival, during the trip and I was called various times to my room and the person who called me was not able to clearly explain me what was the problem. And after all the hotel had charged me wrong.

Positive: Hotel looks grand, but the room is fairly basic lacking in things like a coffee machine.Breakfast is good with plenty of choice.

Negative: Reception and bar/restaurant staff were quite unwelcoming and when we asked the concierge to arrange a taxi he told me to download Uber. Not deterring if its star rating and certainly not worth the cost. We had one meal in the restaurant which had little flavour and only half the food arrived.
