Positive: Really well thought out. Good location. A warm welcome as the house so cosy, lights on and a happy glow.

Negative: I would have liked a king sized bed in the main room and also a coffee machine. Just two tiny things that would have given it an excellent review from me.

Summary: It was a really enjoyable stay and it was my first air B&B experience. Thank you. Would definitely recommend it and

Positive: The cottage is very well presented, comfortable & very clean. The off-street parking is very useful as Helmsley can become very busy. The cottage is well situated, with an easy walk into town. The town itself is lovely, with lots of independent shops, restaurants & pubs. We particularly enjoyed the Helmsley Brewery which is just around the corner from the house!

Negative: Did not find anything to complain about.

Summary: A very comforrtable cottage in a great location. Would definitely stay again.
