Summary: The house is absolutely gorgeous and true to the pictures online - the wall murals are works of art. We enjoyed the house tremendously, it is brand new and very clean. Nina is the perfect host - she communicated well and promptly, left us water in the fridge and a kind personalized note. We felt very welcome. I'd say the neighborhood itself is in transition and not the type of place you'd take your kids for a walk in the evening. That being said, we had no issues.
