Summary: We travelled from the UK with our adult children, and met up with my wife’s father at the airport to stay in Maple Valley, and visit with my wife’s cousins and their families. The house is superb, with great entertainment spaces and a large well stocked kitchen. It is in a lovely quiet location with stores at Maple Valley and Covington only a few minutes away. There were 6 of us staying, but we used the house for visits of the relatives and entertaining. It has lots of space and could easily accommodate the 10 advertised. Unlike others who have posted, the hot tub was ready to use on our arrival, and full chemistry including testing sticks were provided so we could keep on top of during our stay. We used it daily. There is lots of parking for 4 cars. The barbecue is available, but a bit small for a large family. The host was responsive through wattsapp when needed, but we rarely needed to contact him as the house served our needs. Bring a corkscrew if you buy corked wine! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book this house again when next over from the UK to visit our family.

Summary: The house is clean, spacious and perfect for a large family or multiple friends. We rented this for some out of town coworkers and they loved having their own space. However, when we arrived the back sliding door was wide open and the heat was completely off, so the house was at 43 degrees. The only other issue was the hot tub, which has no water in it at all. I have seen many reviews about this as well. The management company needs to change the listing to specify that there is NOT a hot tub available for use.

Summary: We spent Christmas with family, and this place was perfect for us. We were able to comfortably stay near family and enjoy our time with them as if we were staying with them. The service was excellent. The communication was excellent. The place was clean. The rooms were comfortable. There was plenty of space common areas open floor plan beautiful.

Summary: We were traveling with four couples for our daughters wedding weekend and wanted a home with a hot tub. We paid extra for this home because it advertised a hot tub. But it does NOT have a working, clean hot tub. It was VERY dirty and none of us were willing to set foot in it. The owner is also unprepared for 10 guests. We needed to bring our own pillows & rolls of toilet paper & had to go to Starbucks for morning coffee. It is a large, new home with lots of potential in a quiet neighborhood but lacking basic things & sadly not advertised accurately.

Summary: Property was very quiet at night and very comfortable for our party of 8 (4 adults and 4 children). Only real disappointment was the photos show a fire pit and and chairs and a functioning hot tub outside, which was not the case. Also, not enough bath towels or toilet paper in the house. The house is in a new development with outdoor walking areas and a nearby park, but it is a bit of a drive from the freeway and main part of town (which we knew and was fine by us). The owner was very easy to contact by telephone and otherwise very nice and accommodating.
