Positive: Very nicely appointed, had everything we needed as a family. The drawers of toys were such a hit with our two kids! The apartment was easy to find and access and we loved the beautiful parks within walking distance. Appreciated all the extra pillows and blankets too, and we made use of them. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed to be comfortable, thank you.

Negative: Limited ability to darken the bedrooms - vertical blinds are not enough unfortunately, especially given the apartment is on the ground floor and the street/path lighting is right outside the windows. We had to put garbage bags on the windows, and we could see guests have done this before us too. We recommend pull down blinds and block-out curtains. The air-conditioner leaks water, so we couldn't keep it on for long periods of time and the apartment does get quite stuffy without it. Having doors and windows open for airflow also let's in all the street & pedestrian noise. The towels and hand towels on the desk in the main living area were all very damp, so we needed to hang them outside to dry as soon as we realized.

Positive: We have friends at parafield so the property is quite near to them and convenient for us. The owner was very friendly and helpful with the enquiries we had. Spacious place and comfy beds/ sofas with an open kitchen and coffee machine provided!
