Positive: Breakfast was exceptional and well cared for during the entire session. And, the hotel was clean, well decorated, with a pool and the staff was great. The room had a minifridge and a microwave. The hotel even had an observatory that was accessed by a spiral staircase. The walk to the beach was close and the beach was beautiful.

Negative: There was a slight issue with the phones and no instructions on some items in the room but very minimal.

Summary: The hotel is in a great place, relaxing and fun.

Positive: I called the Monday before and spoke to Jamie, she put me at ease and confirmed my reservation. Upon arrive I was greeted by someone else. I arrived at noon and my room wasn't ready till 4:00pm. When I came back to check in to my room I was greeted by Jamie and I remember her name from speaking to her on the phone. We went to our room and discovered our TV didn't work. Jamie came up to our room, and to a rebooted our TV 3 times and nothing work. No questions asked Jamie moved us to another room same floor. This was a busy Friday night, two people working the desk, people cleaning and no maintenance staff. The front desk was juggling everything. Jamie was our all star for the weekend. She has impeccable customer service and she does it all with a smile on her face. I would love it, if this was passed along to Jamie because something like this go along way to an employee in customer service. We had our picture taken with Jamie because we wanted to remember her being a part of our special trip.

Negative: The rooms could be cleaned much better. Slider doors have broken latches. If the rooms were inspected upon check in , stuff like the TV not working wouldn't be an issue. In customer service you need to be proactive not reactive. Doing everything possible to not have problems that are avoidable.

Positive: We had a pet friendly room on the bottom floor it was so convenient for letting the dogs out and to walk to the beach.

Negative: For us there was nothing to not like.

Positive: Location - so close to the beach! Great views from upper floors, clean & comfy rooms. Responsive, friendly staff.

Negative: Update room coffee - not good! However coffee is available in the breakfast room & it’s delicious!
