Positive: The kitchen was nice and the main full bathroom. The living room was open concept.
Negative: The arrival time wasn't verified till the day before and it was way later. Outside area wasn't maintained, was told by the owner I could use the trailer on site and was denied by the property management company use of it. There wasn't appropriate beds for even 4 adults. It was misrepresented from the beginning. There was a two step step stool left to get into the top bunk of a set of bunk beds. Burned out lights in the kitchen and the powder room. Main ac unit wasn't working properly, so the two windows units couldn't keep up. Smelled extremely musty and it was very damp, it needs a dehumidifier.
Summary: Big disappointment of a girls trip.
