Positive: The location is superb with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around and open til late. It’s actually easier to take bus than subway at this location, basically just follow Naver map.

Negative: Because is a homestay, there isn’t a reception desk to store luggage before the earlier check in time as we arrived very early in the morning. It would have been nice if english manuals were provided how to operate the appliances in the apartment and also if the garbage handling instruction could have been sent out earlier would help us manage the trash better.

Summary: Nice and comfortable stay albeit slight inconvenience if arrive much earlier or leave later than check in/out time.

Positive: The apartment is in an excellent location, right in the center of Myeongdong, close to bus stops and City Hall Station. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and just a few hundred meters’ walk will take you to the night market, Lotte Mall... Communication with the host was also a great experience, he provided all the necessary information in advance, making the check-in process very smooth The apartment is clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. I didn’t notice any issues with the “illegal notice” mentioned in some reviews.In fact, I didn’t even see it posted anywhere.

Negative: Objectively speaking, this apartment shouldn’t really be described as a three-bedroom apartment, it’s more like a modified one-bedroom. There is only one proper bedroom, the other bed is separated from the living room by a transparent sliding partition, while the other two beds are in loft areas connected to the living room. It’s comfortable for 2–4 people, but for 6 it would be very cramped and quite inconvenient, especially since there is only one bathroom.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean and very well maintained, with great attention to detail. The host was very helpful and friendly – communication was quick and smooth, and all our questions were answered right away. A big advantage is the excellent location, which made getting around and exploring the area very easy. Special mention also goes to the clear and well-prepared check-in instructions, which made the whole arrival process simple and completely hassle-free.

Positive: I booked an absolutely wonderful apartment. I truly wish I had known about it earlier so I could have booked it for my entire stay in Seoul. I will definitely return to this beautiful city and stay at this apartment again next time. The host was very thoughtful, kind, and polite.
