Positive: Light Blue was exceptionally clean with everything we needed for a 5 night stay as a base. It is a compact room, but very functional. The layout allows basic food preparation and comfortable living arrangements. The bathroom is large and pristine, and all bathroom amenities are available. Extra blankets and pillows are available, but the heating / cooling system is very effective. There are lovely views from the porch and the surrounding residential area is quiet. We were able to park very close on Balmoral Ave which was safe. The owners, John and Katie, were easily contactable if required, but did not impose on our stay at all. Their living area is above and behind the unit, but we did not hear them at all.

Negative: We have no complaints at all, and would happily stay here again.
