Positive: Good location, very nice apartment with good equipment. Coffee machine with very good coffee. Warm and comfortable bathroom with spacious bathtub. Quiet surroundings. Nice balcony. Parking options are available nearby at the beach from 8 to 15 euros (parking garage) per day.
Negative: These are suggestions for improvement. It should be clearer from the description that one bedroom has no doors and only has a curtain. A blackout curtain would be desirable. No lighting at the gate, hard to see the buttons when entering the code. One small detail, in an otherwise well-equipped kitchen, that we missed was a whisk.
Summary: All in all a very pleasant stay and we would love to come again.

Positive: Christian, the host, communicated very well and in advance how to use the doors with the door code that he supplied as part of the communication with us. That worked very well and without a problem. He was also available whenever we had a question.
Negative: Not really anything big. The apartment is well-appointed, modern, and in an excellent location. There were really only small things that could have been added. For example, there was no microwave in the kitchen, but otherwise the kitchen had everything we needed and even a Jura espresso coffee machine.
