Positive: We had an unforgettable stay at these stunning beachfront Lichnos Villas. The buildings are an architectural gem—so impressive and beautiful, the houses were even featured in a well-known Greek architectural magazine. The property offers both a beautiful pool and a private beach, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sea. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. The parking is in front of the property and it is free of charge. Highly recommended for families looking for a peaceful and stylish escape by the water!

Negative: If you expect a noisy and crowded area - this place is not for you! It is calm, beautiful, and far from the noise. I strongly recommend it!

Positive: This place is a true paradise. If you’re looking for peace, quiet, and an escape from the noise of the city, you’ll fall in love with it instantly. The house is located in a secluded village along the shore of a vast bay with crystal-clear water. If you have a SUP board – bring it! We spent hours paddling across the bay and it was pure joy, no matter the weather. There are two lovely taverns nearby – both serve delicious food, but Ο Θαλασσόλιθος is our favorite, as it’s located right by the water. There are no shops in the immediate area, so you’ll need a car for groceries, but the local stores offer fresh, regional products that are absolutely worth it. The house itself is a gem – a beautifully renovated former olive oil factory, with its original character perfectly preserved. The stone elements give the place a unique charm. The garden is wonderfully peaceful, and the proximity of the sea and the private pool makes it a perfect spot to relax any time of day. Inside, everything you need is provided – the kitchen is fully equipped (except for a large knife – luckily, we had our own), and the bedrooms have very comfortable mattresses and fresh linens. The bathroom, also finished with stone, is small but charming and functional – even for someone like me at 2 meters tall. There are three air conditioners placed in the living room and bedrooms, making it easy to keep the house cool even in the summer heat – although during our August stay, we mostly used just one. The staff are simply wonderful – Angelica and the ladies who keep everything spotless are incredibly kind and helpful. They made us feel completely at home. The parking area under the olive trees is also a great touch, keeping the car shaded throughout the day. We spent two unforgettable weeks here and honestly have nothing to complain about. It’s a truly magical place, and we’re already longing to return.

Negative: There was no large knife, for example for cutting bread. Luckily, I had my own.

Positive: The Studio apartment was really lovely, clean & modern. Comfortable bed. Ms Angelika was a wonderful host, very informative & friendly. Beautiful location with pool & direct access to the sea. We had a lovely relaxing time here away from everything.

Negative: The only thing the apartment was missing was a kettle, it did have a coffee machine & pans to boil water, but a kettle would have been ideal.

Positive: Amazingly beautiful property that has all of the convenience you need, just next to the sea! Ms Angelica was extremely nice, helpful and made us feel very welcome.

Negative: absolutely nothing, only thing to be aware if is that there are no stores in the village so you need to get supplies in adavance.There are 2 taverns, when we were visiting towards middle of September the working times were sporradic.

Positive: High quality of the pool area. The renovation of the apartment is very nice and high-class furniture has been chosen. We really liked the tiny, private beach.

Negative: Some neighbors in the next to apartments have been impolite and noisy. Obviously, this is something not to blame the ownership, but rather the human behavior like wild animals drinking in the forest.
