This gorgeous 2900 sq/ft retreat, situated right across the street from pristine Liberty Lake, is perfect for family, business and leisure travelers. With a master suite upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs featuring full & queen bunk beds, there is plenty of space for all.
This new home has everything necessary for a perfect vacation.

- Beach access across the street with Paddle Boards and sand toys

We own the lot next door and have been landscaping it with family that lives nearby. There is grass and a play set for kids. The lot is sometimes used and maintained by family so you might occasionally see someone next door working.
This home is full of light with a beautiful view of the lake. It comes with luxury bath amenities, high end closets, an attached garage, gas BBQ, an assortment of books for all ages, and so much more. We've made sure our vacation home has everything to make your stay enjoyable.
The master bedroom has a California King bed and the other two rooms have twin over full/queen bunk beds. The top bunks are for KIDS ONLY.
If you would like the place cleaned during your stay we can arrange that for an additional fee. We can also recommend local babysitters.
Liberty Lake is a vibrant community, small enough to be safe and cozy, and big enough to have everything you need.
There are two parks within a 3-5 minute drive and a golf course just up the street.
There is a pack n play crib and a high chair.
This house has wifi and a Firestick, but no cable.
WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY: This home is located in Eastern Washington. Where it snows. And gets icey. And is cold. In the winter months when it snows the driveway can be very difficult, so you might have to park at the bottom and walk up. Also, when it's cold you might have to turn the water on and let it run for a bit for it to turn hot.
Fairly normal cold weather things - but we understand that many of our guests might be coming from warmer climates.

Summary: We rented this house for our son's graduation from Gonzaga University. We found the drive into Spokane as well as all the graduation events easy. Since we like visiting Couer d'Alene this property was perfect. The house is very inviting and spacious. The deck off of the kitchen was perfect for morning coffee as well as family dinners. Annie was the most amazing host. She truly is a gem. I would rent from her again in a heart beat!!!

Summary: Liberty Lake was a fantastic location for our family gathering. The house was nicely furnished with a fantastic view of the lake. The house was perfect for us since we had an infant and toddlers. There was a pack n' play and a Bumbo and toys for the kids. Everyone loved staying in this beautiful house. If we are ever in the area again we would LOVE to stay at Liberty Lake.

Summary: This home is amazing! The decor is modern and clean. The home sits one block off of Liberty Lake and has a deck that provides stunning views from sun up to sun down. There is also beach access directly across the street. Annie was easy to work with and she was prompt with with all communication. I would recommend this home to all families! My family felt fortunate to have stayed here.

Summary: We have used VRBO and Airbnb many, many times, but never have we had such a wonderful and accomodating host as Annie. Not only was her home clean, beautiful, and spacious, but she went above and beyond to accomodate some unexpected changes to our plans and allowed us to use her home to celebrate some huge family milestones. Every room was spacious and comfortable, and the view from the deck was beautiful. We had perfect weather and walked through the peaceful neighborhood to the beach. Our adult children are urging us to move to Liberty Lake now! We would most definately return to this home. Thank you, Annie, for all you did to allow us to have this time with our kids.
