Positive: I had a great stay. It’s a very big, clean, cozy and comfortable apartment. Communication with the host was good. The apartment is close to the restaurants and shops (bakery, grocery store, pharmacy). We had free parking near the apartment. Thank you, Gabriele, for the wine and treats!

Positive: The apartment was perfectly clean, all the furniture looked like new, the beds were very comfortable, wifi was flawless. There was online check-in available and the host provided all the information we needed to get into the apartment. The parking on the street right in front of the house was almost full upon our arrival, but it was possible to stop there for a few of minutes to get our luggage out of the car. There was a mostly empty parking lot free of charge within just 3 minutes of walk.

Positive: Good location near the higway, practical to reach all nearby cities, there are few nice restaurants in the street with good food and supermarket few minutes drive. New, clean appartment that has everything that you could need during the stay (necesarry machines, hairdryer, toilet and hand paper, olive oil and vinegar, salt, many tasty tea flavours, coffee, bottled water, welcoming bottle of wine...). Comfortable beds and enough space for whole family.

Negative: A few pieces more of cutlery could be useful. Suggestion for further decoration - to put additional armchair(s) in the living room area in order to have more comfortable, cosy feeling of home and resting area.

Positive: An excellent accommodation with absolutely no complaints. We felt like we were the first guests after a renovation. The apartment was extremely clean and tidy. All the furnishings looked like new. Everything we needed was there. The apartment is ideally located for visiting Pisa and Florence. The beach is also only an hour away by car. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy. A bottle of wine and water was waiting for us as a welcome. As an additional special feature, there was an ice cream parlor on the ground floor, which we visited every evening after dinner. We would have liked to have stayed longer because we liked it there so much. Unfortunately, the holiday comes to an end at some point, but we will definitely be back. We can recommend the accommodation without reservation!
