Negative: Sauna, steam room and fire - all key selling points weren't working or available. Didn't like feeling like we were going to be charged over tea towels / bed linen if slightky damaged especially as from ikea. Maybe don't advertise a list of costs for any slightly damaged towels etc... not very nice or relaxing, felt like money was trying to be extracted. No idea where the key safe was when entering the building. Maybe give better instructions of where to find.

Summary: Lovely property and would of been worth it if everything was working.

Positive: The location was amazing, close to everything and on 5 of our 6 nights so quiet once you closed the windows/doors we could have been in the country or somewhere secluded. We found the staff at the building very friendly (note that they work for the apartment building not affiliated with the booking.com system or companies) The facilities were very impressive (heated pool, sauna and steam room) plus the apartment washer/dryer, stove and garden were all perfect as well. We found the decore beautiful and stylish, the linen etc was all top quality and the bathroom and toilets felt lavish. We felt secure, we felt safe and we felt like we were at a home away from home. It was sad to leave, my parting statement being that the train is a very short walk, there is a underground carpark less than 100m away from the front door there are taxis just outside and we used an uber which picked us up right out the front, the roadside there is always clear for stopping and very safe.

Negative: Small things - some documentation on how to use some of the appliances, light switches (the lighting is a smart system so we had to play a bit to understand 'what does what') as well as how to operate the sauna/steam rooms. On our last night there was some form of function in an adjoining building which played very loud music until 2:30 in the morning. That building had been gutted and was being renovated so i feel it was likely a one off exhibition or opening more than a standard Friday night. This was the only time we had any noise at all, even the occasional construction sounds in the days prior were blocked by the windows/doors.

Positive: The apartment is very nice, very modern and well equipped. It is also very quiet. The garden is a great feature in the very center of Lisbon, especially if you have kids. Location is amazing.

Negative: The bed (mattress) could be more comfortable. Staff could be more helpful- I asked for parking recommendations and they just sent me a regular parking repository website. Pricey for Lisbon, could be 20% less expensive.
