Positive: The environment of the place is residential and peaceful, making it ideal if you prefer a quiet, calm atmosphere away from city vibes.
Negative: The nearest shop was a small grocery (baqala), and the market was a bit far, so if you need frequent shopping, it might be a bit inconvenient. However, I was satisfied since delivery options were available, and for transportation, I booked a taxi everytime, which made everything quite manageable.
