Positive: What I appreciated most was the warm welcome from the reception staff, especially Angela, Katel, and Carol. They were absolutely wonderful in greeting and welcoming guests, with their lovely smiles and fantastic help. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Negative: All of the furniture including the toilet are for extremely small people. Very uncomfortable for a tall person.
