Positive: Perfect location for Bikepark Wales. House is large, clean and has all the right facilities. Multiple showers and toilets, plus a great bike storage. A couple of quirky local pubs for evening entertainment. All good!

Negative: Nothing stands out, everything was as it should be.

Positive: A lovely house that was well equipped. We were able to cook a full Christmas dinner for 7 people. The house is spacious with comfortable beds. The pool table was a big hit. There were chocolates and Christmas crackers which was a lovely gesture from the owners. I would definitely recommend the house for a stay.

Negative: The house is near walking/bike paths which is lovely but we found the whole area to be very dirty. Lots of litter. The stay in the house however was great.

Positive: The property is perfectly located for visits to Bike Park Wales. You can cycle directly from the house (it is a bit uphill). There are fantastic views of the Welsh valley from all of the fro t windows, I think the owner should change the main photo from the pool table to show a view instead. The garage area for storing mountain bikes is fantastic with a hosepipe and cloths available.

Negative: I pillows were a bit cheap and far too soft and lightweight.

Summary: Brilliant location with lots of space for a large group. Perfect for BPW!
