Positive: The service level of the front office, security team, lobby crew, restaurants and housekeeping were consistently amazing. A 3-star hotel team providing 5-star service.

Negative: The hotel was upgrading its wifi and data systems during my stay. There were occasional moments when the wifi and the video streaming would reset unexpectedly. No worries. Service would be great when the upgrade is completed.

Negative: We weren't notified of the extra charge for stained sheets. We needed to pay for the cleaning of the sheets as well.

Positive: We love the room, spacious, clean and mini bar is great. Location is ideal for busy people like us, close to almost everything. No problem with Parking, and cafe down is a big plus. Easy check in and out.

Negative: Breakfast isnt so exciting. Nothing to expect much. Just the ordinary breakfast meal which we didn't care having it again on the second day of our stay. Staff were hesitant to serve coffee which I do not understand why it is self- serve.
