Summary: The photos on the website could not entirely capture a beauty of this place. All the facilities and tools in this place were including deep considerations for the users. I absolutely love this place. I am a crazy tourist myself, wanting to see every bit of city that I travel. However, in this occasion, I just wanted to stay in this accomodation. Sitting there, waking up there, and making a meal for myself in that place were the most enjoyable thing. Thank you for this time. And definitely looking forward to a revisit!

Summary: We had a great stay at Level River North. The unit was well equiped, well designed, modern and most of all had great sweeping views. Really enjoyed our in unit laundry. Problem with the dishwasher was quickly addressed. Overall a good experience and will definitely stay again when in Chicago.

Summary: This experience was a mixture of wonderful and disappointing.. The potential was certainly there to be only wonderful. The location was great. The obvious security measures were beyond anything I've seen at a hotel, which helped us feel safe in the city. The view from the room was amazing enough to ALMOST trump the disappointing parts. But...man, if just a little more effort was given. The room itself seemed to be clean, but not spotless. There were weird wall and ceiling damages that would have taken nothing to repair and should have been done. The linens had subtle, but obvious stains. Several of the lamps didn't work, some missing bulbs. Why? One remote didn't work so we had to share a remote between TVs. The sink didn't have a strainer. WHY? A section of the kitchen base cabinets was MISSING THE TOE KICK so you could see directly into the unfinished underside while sitting on the sofa. WHY? There was no blow dryer so my wife had to venture out the next morning without having her hair done the way she would have liked. (The staff did eventually bring a blow dryer but it was as we were literally walking out the door.) We booked this room for a family of 4, with our two young children. At bedtime, we realized the sofa was not a pullout. Our kids had to share a sofa to sleep on. That was the most disappointing part. To summarize: It was worth the experience for the views and security. I would love to give it 5 stars. They just need to tighten up a bit and earn that rating.
