Positive: Overall good for a budget stay, it is a basic accomodation with older facilities, but has everything needed. Owner was very kind. Easy 20 minutes walk from train/marshrutka station for main places like Tbilisi, Batumi, Kutaisi. 10 minutes from center.
Summary: Nice stay

Positive: The host is a very welcoming man with plenty of information about the city as well as being responsive. The house is like a time capsule.which is awesome! Especially the library! The shower is sufficient enough and the bed was comfortable enough for a good nights sleep. The TV in the room also has YouTube installed. I would 💯 stay here again when revisiting Zugdidi!

Positive: Levani is a kind, helpful fellow that through the power of gesticulation and a few words of English was able to show me everything about how to access and use the property. Spacious house with everything well thought out. Comfortable. Cool, homely place. Clean and almost entirely well-working facilities.
Negative: It's reasonably central but it's a bit of a walk or a ride to get to the core of the city and the attractions and transport links in Zugdidi.
