Positive: Really quiet part of Le Mans at the other end of the city from the race track. Perfect if you’re looking for a place to wind down after an intense race weekend (24 Hours of Le Mans). The property owners were also really warm and friendly and accommodated to our needs.

Positive: Was very relaxed and in a cosy kind of retreat area of Le Mans. It was literally at the other end of the Tram when starting at the circuit Le Mans. The drive took some 45 min. - and the good thing, you could have actually a seat, while all other passengers had to stand, boarding in between or at downtown Le Mans.
Negative: It is very basic, and the room was fairly small and both roof-parts were bent, since it was the top floor.
Summary: Very nice and cosy area - basic but clean room and a huge garden to recover and take a deep breath
