Positive: Easy access . No stairs or steps. Centre of Lestrem . Parking at front door. Hector speaks very good English . Yes I will stay there again. Short walk to the small and quiet park. Pizzeria a short walk up the main road. If you’re lazy there is a cafe for good coffee an even shorter walk in the same direction . I bought my own coffee and made my own in a filter coffee maker because I could not work out how to make the pod one work. Excellent butchers shop almost next door. Owner has a beautiful St Bernard dog. It was also such a treat to hear the church bells. The church is beautiful but closed most of the time. If you have mobility issues then this place is very good. Doors are wide and every thing is easy. There is a local supermarket a little way past the pizza place. Melville is the closest big supermarket. If you are in a battery car I am told there are chargers on the square two minutes walk from front door , although I did not see them . This place has everything you need. It was cold during my visit so thick jumpers , and overcoats. The building was warm and toasty .

Negative: No view from Windows, which made it a little cave like. The cooking pans are past their use by date. So if you are fussy bring your own.

Summary: Owners very pleasant and helpful. No problems.
