Positive: A Ross the street from the beach, many restaurants nearby but also within walking distance to downtown Saint Raphael. Comfortable beds. Nice bar and breakfast if you want it. Many options. Staff are extraordinarily helpful.
Negative: Rooms are compact. A bit far from the train station.
Summary: A great value for a property right on the beach.

Positive: Very central location. Nice views from the room
Negative: Building and rooms need a renovation. The toilet was dirty when we came in. The walls are too thin and you can hear the room next door clearly. The rooms that have a sea view are very loud during the evening as the main road is crowded until late at night.
