Positive: Excelent location, a lot of good restaurants, coffee shops and stores around. Beautiful neighborhood. The apartament is amazing, very clean, comfortable and modern. Very confortable king size beds.

Positive: Location was great in Mile End and with easy access to many restaurants and other sights. The apartment had high ceilings and nice windows in the living room, but was a little dark in the rest of the apartment. This was offset by lots of lighting options to adjust to your needs. Very clean and modern space with a great layout for a roomy feel.

Negative: Sheets and bedding felt uncomfortable, like they used a plasticized mattress cover that made the sheets slide and trapped heat. The apartment upstairs didn't have carpet down so the kids running around at all hours sounded like a herd of elephants. The ceilings didn't seem too well soundproofed so the managemnet should do something to mitigate this in the future. Bring earplugs. Also, the toiletries were not complete as they had a hundred shampoos but no conditioner in each bathroom. Lastly, one shower's diverter valve fell off and was stuck in a not-fully-on position so I had to use the other shower. That shower was great though.

Positive: The flat is amazing: spacious and clean and in a district with lots of cafes, restaurants, bakeries etc. The staff team were friendly, approachable and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend.
