Positive: Very big industrial looking apartment. Washer and dryer in unit. Easy to find. Parking available.
Negative: Shower was leaking, brought it to the owners attention, said it will be fixed.
Summary: Would stay there again anytime. Great place.

Positive: Loved this place, clean and also great size of apartment. Great tvs as well with Netflix etc everything ready.
Negative: I didn’t know they would ask for 300 CAD deposit. They offer for you to pay 75 (non refundable) if you prefer but we didn’t want to just give money away for nothing. I think that was a wild request honestly.

Positive: Location was great, 2 minute walk to Metro, 10 minute walk to Atwater market, 15 minute walk to Green Spot or Paul Patates or Joe Beef. Lachine canal parks would be lovely in the summer. Facilities were clean and mostly comfortable but could be improved with a bit of effort.
Negative: A few minor details could improve the accommodation significantly. The couch (suite 205) was 6 inches off the ground and essentially useless. A towel bar in the bathroom would help, as would a few carpets or mats to make the concrete floor a little less stark. The smell upon entering the building didn't bother me as it was momentary, however the smell on entering the unit was an overwhelming noxious industrial cleaner smell. Best option would have been to drop off the bags, open the windows wide and go for dinner for a few hours. For a few pennies more I'm sure you could find something less noxious.

Positive: This property is located above a Dollarama store on Centre Street in Montreal. The entrance is beside the store. There are stairs to the second floor and there are five units in the building. The entry was seamless - codes were provided. The suite we had was large and well laid out. I appreciated the hangers in the closet. The bathroom was nice with a fancy shower. We paid $25 per day for parking which was located behind the Dollarama store. I was concerned that it might not be the safest location because there are dumpsters nearby and people were going down the alley to check out the dumpsters - but there are cameras and it all worked out fine. There is a lovely cafe (Cafe Florence) down the street and other nice restaurants nearby. We also appreciated being so close to the Metro.
Negative: Unfortunately the towel 'rack' was not at all useful and there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang up anything. Also, the toilet paper holder on the side of the sink did not work well - the toilet paper kept falling off. Also, the icecube tray was of low quality and ended up shattering.
Summary: Great location.
