Positive: This is a nice little flat.

Negative: The flat is not in the area as it was indicated on the website when I reserved. The owner sent separately the link with the real location after arrival. The correct location is safe but is further that the Berges du Lac 2 and it has few shops / cafes unlike Berges Du Lac 2 area. In addition, there was no internet in the apartment. I had to insist that the owner comes and brings a router. It made us lost some sightseeing time. Finally, the apprtment where we stayed does not seem to me to have the surface indicated (80 m2). Though I cannot prove it, it seems to me that it was the half. The promised nice view was also missing. All in all, this a nice little flat in a safe area. But the owner should have indicted the real size and location.
