Positive: Location was ideal, just around the corner from the Place de la Comédie. I love staying in the historic district. I enjoyed the garden view and the space in the apartment.

Negative: I rented the apartment because the description says there are two beds and two bathrooms. There is only one bed and a sofabed. The sofa was old and not comfortable for sleeping. There is only one small bathroom. My friend that was going to stay there with me decided to leave and get her own room. The A/C leaked water all over the kitchen floor within a couple hours of use. The burners would not stay on when using a frying pan, only for the heavier saucepan or kettle. When showering, you must be quick because the drain does not keep up and water will flow out of the basin all over the bathroom floor. It was a good thing I had the extra towels. There was no indication of how many stairs when I rented. The apartment is on the top (5th floor). Although beautiful and historic, that’s a lot of stairs.

Positive: Excellent location right in the hear to Montpellier, around the corner from Place de la Comedie. Walking distance to main train station. Staff were helpful in getting keys and checking in. Great view of inner courtyard from bedroom.

Negative: Pre Check-in vetting with Premiere Concierge was a bit challenging.
