Positive: Fabin John was exceptionally helpful and warm. Our family had a lovely time in Les Forbans. The location is great, every morning we could watch the sunrise as the beach on the east coast is just a couple of minutes away. There is a restaurant on the ground floor and some local supermarkets nearby as well. We would recommend this stay!

Positive: The apartment is big and clean, has 2 big bedrooms, balcony, big living room and bathroom, 2 airco units, good kitchen amenities. The owner (Domunique) runs a small restaurant on the ground floor when you can get delicious food between 9am and 6pm, Dominique is very friendly, flexible and also very helpful with arranging private taxis, local tours, fruits etc. Next to the apartment there is also a small grocery store, bus stop and a small Hilton hotel. Within 2-5 minutes walk you can reach 3 different white sand beaches with crystal clear water, especially the Marie Louise beach we found great as most of the times we were there completely alone. The other 2 beaches were also rather empty.

Positive: The apartment was very nice and spacious, there was a big balcony with partly shade most of the day (also sun if you prefer it). The beach across the road was beautiful, with lots of natural shade and swimmable even during the low tide. The host was easy to reach because she or other staff were in the cafe/restaurant below the apartment, at least until 6PM when it closed. There was a small shop next the apartment and we took the bus to reach the nearest town with bigger shops and pharmacies etc. We did not see any mosquitos or get bites here - in some other places during our trip mosquitos were a problem.

Negative: This was our first accommodation during this trip so I did not yet know what to miss, but when comparing to the other guest houses I do wish this place would have had: - More cleaning, or least a place where we could have dumped the trash ourselves. The trash can got full soon and it was not nice to place trash on the floor especially with the ants roaming around. When I asked, a staff member did however come take our trash somewhere for a small fee. - Better air condition, one was loud and irrational, it was very hard to get it to a good temperature. The other was weak but actually better, not too cold. OR just blankets would have helped, but only after seeing them in other guest houses I realized I could have asked for blankets here too. Now I used a towel :D However compared to other guest houses this was cheaper so good value anyway.

Positive: Words will never describe the hospitality and dedication of the house owner Dominique. She is such a sweetheart with a beautiful smile directing me with all what I needed, I didn’t have any idea where to go visit or to eat she gave all the information I needed since day one. Dora also was amazing with her communication before arriving to Seychelles. Beautiful cozy apartment well decorated, has all the utensils and furniture that a family will use in her vacation. Kids channel is Jim jam number 11 after pressing on input 1 and choosing TV with the long remote. There is a restaurant just down the apartment called KoKo Zerm, bar and also a hair salon for women, next to them a grocery store. You will never be hungry or thirsty because they offer delicious dishes from Seychelles so you will get the chance to taste the country’s local food. The apartment is right in front of the Double tree hotel in a very calm and safe area, beach is 1 minute walk away, good for snorkeling and swimming. 30 minutes walk there are other grocery shops or 3 minutes drive. I couldn’t ask for more, it was more than a relaxing refreshing holidays with my kids. Thank you Dominique and for your unbelievable hospitality.
