Travel Purpose: business

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at Les Flocons. There were only 10 of us using both the main house and the downstairs apartment but we could have easily accommodated another 4 people. The chalet is very well equipped and comfortable with a sauna, hot tub and pool table. The TV area is big enough for about 6-8 people. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The hosts were very kind and patient with us, not speaking much French.

Negative: We had to leave by 9am in the morning. This is really quite early. The only down side was the amount of snow and conditions of the piste around Crest Voland. There is a piste and a drag lift within a few metres of the chalet. As we were there in the 3rd week of March, the snow was quite sparse in the lower slopes around Mont Lachat (the drag lift closed 2 days after we arrived!). As a result we drove to Les Saisies most days rather than ski from the chalet. The ski area is quite low, so the snow may not be sure in late March / April.
