Positive: Our room was spacious and well appointed, everything was spotless, decor throughout Les Cuves is on mark and the pool and patio excellent. We loved our breakfast with beautiful home grown peaches and local pasteries. Ludivine was a brilliant hostess with lots of ideas for restaurants.
Negative: My only suggestion would be a mini fridge in the room to save having to bother the owner to open hers in the garage.
Summary: A place to enjoy peace and quiet with a little bit of luxury.

Positive: Complete rural bliss, yet less than 10 minutes by car into historic, beautiful Saintes.Mine host was delightful and couldn’t do more for you.Waking up to freshly baked crossiants with natural yoghurt produced by the farmer next door. The accommodation was spotless with an outside terrace, pool and lovely manicured gardens overlooking a vineyard and crops. We can thoroughly recommend this establishment, we unfortunately only had a one night stay on our travels, but would love to go back for longer to explore the unspoilt area.
Negative: Nothing!!!

Positive: We stayed for one night to break up our journey through France, and had a very calm, comfortable and peaceful stay. Ludivine was an extremely warm and helpful host - sending perfect directions to get to the property when the road was closed on the day, and providing good food for both the evening meal and breakfast. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with excellent bathrooms.

Positive: Madame was very helpful and her English is excellent, our French is very rusty. She had sent instructions regarding the road closure close to the property though we didn’t require them. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent.
Negative: There was nothing we didn’t like.

Positive: Warm welcome and excellent service from co-owner Ludivine. Visionary and exceptional standard of finish in the restoration of the property in 2020. Very good breakfast and dinner if desired. A first-rate stay.
