Positive: It is a very unique place that doesn’t look like every hotel out there. Beautiful art everywhere. Great service. The pool and spa are outstanding. The view of megeve and over the pool is so beautiful.

Negative: We booked the family room and I have to say that it is pretty small even with small children. I don’t event know how people do it in winter with all the winter clothes and ski stuff !

Positive: We loved the location, the beautiful views, the historic chalet’s decor and coziness, the very friendly and attentive staff, including the concierge, the shuttle service to the ski gondola and Megeve town, and the personalized service of the ski shop where we were able to leave our equipment and boots instead of carrying it to the slopes every day. The pool and spa was amazing during a heavy snow day! It was my daughter’s 30th birthday celebration and all the staff knew it and prepared many surprises for her to make her day extra special! ❤️🍾🥂Thank you! 🤗

Negative: The hotel comprises of three chalets, and the amenities are in the main chalet. We stayed in the Alice chalet, which is located about 100 meters from the main chalet. During snow storm, they will pick you up with a shuttle to take you to the pool or restaurant, but it is a little inconvenient. On the other hand, the Alice and Noemi chalets are very quiet and the room was so comfortable, especially the bed, which was the best we ever had in a hotel!

Negative: The chalet was not cleaned well before our check in and a piece of glass was left from the previous guests and caused a cut in my foot

Positive: Charming small hotel, staff lovely and very friendly. Very close to the ski slope. The boot room was easy. Ski hire shop also amazing service. Transport new. Welcome cake unbelievable !

Negative: Bathrooms tired but very clean and functional. A bit too dark for me in the bedrooms. Drinks served with olives no crisps or nuts!

Summary: I’d love to return back. I couldn’t fault the staff/service.
