Positive: Location was lovely, ideal for getting to Bordeaux for a day trip.

Negative: The property is lovely but we were disappointed to realise, upon arrival, that the kitchen, dining room and lounge were shared spaces. We were further disappointed to realise that the private bathroom in our room had no toilet. There is 1 X toilet potentially shared by the guests in upto 4 rooms. A lovely place but we felt the wording on booking.com was misleading.

Positive: Beautiful location, very quiet.. We were lucky to arrive on the day of the village.gourmand fete so we could enjoy the local festivities and cuisine. We were able to check in early and so we spent the afternoon cycling around the beautiful Sauternes region.

Negative: We were surprised that there were no wine glasses so we could enjoy our locally purchased wine! The pillows weren't comfortable and the doors didn't close properly.
