Positive: Sandrine and Phil were the perfect hosts. We felt so welcome on arrival and reassured that help was on hand if we needed it during our stay. The gite was very clean and very comfortable, and so well equipped, our hosts had thought of everything. We have stayed in many holiday homes and this one is hard to beat! The garden is very quiet, with plenty of space so it’s easy to relax and although the pool is shared with other guests, we had it to ourselves most of the time. Location is great, although you do need a car or bikes to get around. There is a good grocery store and cafe in the village within walking distance, but the bigger supermarket is a few miles away. There is lots to do in the area, so don’t hesitate to book! Thank you again Sandrine and Phil, we hope to be back one day!

Positive: Great space in well appointed accommodation. The pool was fantastic for our children and the Bikes available to borrow were superb for family rides. The hosts were very welcoming and happy to help if needed but equally happy to leave us with privacy. Outdoor bbq and firepit were excellent.

Positive: Everything! It is a beautiful property in a lovely little town surrounded by vineyards and in easy reach of all the best attractions. We were on holiday with our 2 young children and it surpassed our expectations in every respect. The property has been very sympathetically restored in keeping with the French farmhouse style. The house was kitted out to a really high standard and spotlessly clean. We were given lots of children’s equipment for the duration of our stay with made us feel really welcome and comfortable as a family. The grounds were well laid out offering both privacy and fantastic shared spaces too. We loved the hammocks in the pine grove, chickens, the huge trampoline, the many children’s games, magical fire pit area and fruit trees. The standout feature was the impeccably clean heated pool which we enjoyed with all their toys and inflatables every day. Phil and Sandrine are such lovely people and perfect hosts. It was lovely to see how well they looked after the gite and were absolutely brilliant with our children. Our children were kept busy for hours every day with so much to keep them occupied in a big very safe space.
