Positive: Location, the beuatifule renovared building, the welnees area, the food

Negative: too long waiting time and chaos during the christmas dinner, a shame, beause the dinner itself was really good, but the chaos and the service screwed everything

Positive: Very good breakfast. Instagrammable! Very recently renovated hotel in a historic building (UNESCO World Heritage). Impressive to arrive and see the impressive building. Spacious rooms, all new in the historic part of the building. Top service!

Negative: The overall atmosphere is a bit ‘cold’ (as opposed to ‘warm’ / cosy. It’s probably due to the interior design and the fact that all is either very new or just renovated. But this is no reason to to visit the hotel!

Positive: The renovation of the building is really fantastic, the rooms are nicely decorated but most of all, we loved the wellness area, which is the best I ever experienced. You have to make a reservation for 2 hour slot to ensure that it is not too crowded. The receptionist staff were very friendly and helpful.

Negative: The service is not up to the standard you would expect for such a high standard and expensive hotel. The room wasnt ready when we arrived. We were offered a drink while waiting which is nice, but it took too long, they didnt know who ordered what (many people were waiting), … During breakfast the cappuccino machine wasnt working and the staff was not helpful while there was another machine available. In the room, the pressure and temperature of the shower was not functioning.

Summary: Fantastic building, great wellness.. but the service is not there yet

Positive: Amazing place. The wellness facilities also very nice.

Negative: The staff (with a few exceptions of the more senior ones) is not well trained or experienced. This kind of establishment should do better at the restaurant and at the bar (?) aka. "Salons". Waiting 20' to order a drink? It seems that they don't want to make money...

Negative: Had to remind the reception to have the room cleaned The storage space in the room was inadequate, beside 1 or 2 coats, nothing would fit in.

Positive: Building is fabulous, design amazing, spa area is excellent and chic. Hotel service is on point. Definitely an exceptional hotel in the Belgian Ardennes

Negative: Restaurant is beautiful but chairs are ugly and especially dinner service is not yet well organised, I guess as hôtel opened only a few months before.
