Positive: Great breakfast and very attentive host. The bed was large and comfortable. The house was located less than 30 mins from 24h Le Mans race track. If you need to go into the centre of Le Mans, the nearest food restaurans are about 10 mins aways. It was in a quiet little village called Fays. There was a little issue when we arrived and the host was able to resolve it and we got a jar of biscuits (Sable pur beurre) in a 24h Le Mans pakage as parting gift, which was a great gesture.

Negative: the toilet was outside the room

Positive: Great breakfast each morning with fresh bread from the bakery, very quiet location yet close to main roads and Le Mans. Lovely people who went out of their way to make sure I had a good stay with them, highly recommend this place.
